Spendwise Privacy Policy

This policy describes the development version of Spendwise and its Google Ads integration. Spendwise is developed and operated by Emre Turkan. It applies when an authorized user creates an account, joins an organization, connects Google Ads, or uses the product.

• Account identity and organization membership information.
• Google OAuth authorization data, including encrypted refresh credentials.
• Google Ads account structure and reporting data requested for the connected account, including campaigns, search terms, costs, clicks, conversions, devices, locations, and schedules.
• Review decisions, approvals, audit events, and customer-authorized operation status.
• Local-business lead information submitted with affirmative contact consent, when that optional feature is used.
• Privacy-safe security and rate-limit records.

Information is used to authenticate users, retrieve permitted Google Ads data, generate reports and explainable recommendations, execute explicitly approved operations, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain reliable audit records. Spendwise does not sell personal information or Google Ads data.

Google Ads access is requested through OAuth and limited to functions described on the Spendwise product page. Google user data is not used for advertising profiles, sold to data brokers, or shared with unrelated third parties.

Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Application queries are scoped to the authenticated organization, role checks protect account changes, and supported mutations require explicit authorization.

Records are retained only for operational, security, reporting, and legal needs. Users may disconnect Google Ads and request deletion through the data-deletion instructions.
