Spendwise Terms of Use

Spendwise is under active development and pilot preparation. Features and availability may change. The service does not guarantee advertising results, savings, lead volume, refunds, or uninterrupted availability.

Users may connect and manage only Google Ads accounts they own or are authorized to access. Users remain responsible for permissions, advertising content, targeting, budgets, billing, and compliance with Google Ads policies and applicable law.

Spendwise may prepare supported Google Ads changes for review. It does not autonomously publish ads or increase advertising spend. Supported mutations require an authorized user's explicit confirmation, and users must review each proposed change.

Reports, forecasts, potential-waste findings, and recommendations are decision-support information. They may rely on incomplete, delayed, modeled, or third-party data and are not financial, legal, or advertising guarantees.

Access may be limited to protect users, connected accounts, or the service from misuse, unauthorized activity, excessive requests, or policy violations.
